Founded in 1918 as Kyung Sung Public Agricultural College, the University of Seoul has grown into one of South Korea's most prestigious institutions. A public institution supported by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and located in the heart of South Korea's bustling capital, the university benefits from the city's rich history and vibrant metropolitan environment. NAThe objective of this course is to understand the communication channel and to analyze the traditional analog communication systems and their performances. This course starts with a brief review of Fourier transform, random process, filtering, and spectrum analysis for the analysis of analog communication systems. This course deals with analog modulation and detection of AM, FM, and PM. Under the additive noise channel, the noise effect on system performance will be analyzed. Also, other topics such as multiplexing, sampling theorem, and analog pulse coded modulation will be covered in this course.

You’ll live on-campus in a shared room where you will be immersing yourself in a vibrant student community and making the most of your time in Korea. The dorms are air-conditioned with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The atmosphere here is lively and supportive, fostering a sense of community among students from all over the world. Each room is 13m², designed for two people, and comes furnished.The university's dormitory is a perfect place to explore this vibrant city, offering easy access to public transportation and all the cultural experiences Seoul has to offer.

Get ready for epic volcanic landscapes, stunning beaches, and Instagram-worthy spots like the scenic Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) and the quirky Love Land on the Jeju weekend excursion. We’ll explore the island’s waterfalls, hike Hallasan Mountain, and taste fresh seafood at the local markets! Our other Hop included weekend is like stepping back in time! The historical Gyeongju offers ancient temples, royal tombs, and relics from the Silla Dynasty. Highlights include exploring Bulguksa Temple, marveling at the Seokguram Grotto, and strolling through the serene Anapji Pond.

Grab a quick bite of Tteokbokki, which are addictive, spicy rice cakes with gochujang (chili paste), that pair perfectly with fish cakes and boiled eggs. You’ll love Hotteok, those heavenly, sweet pancakes filled with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts or try the savory versions stuffed with noodles and veggies. Don’t miss out on Gimbap, the Korean take on sushi, with rolls of rice, veggies, fish, and meat all wrapped up in seaweed. And of course, Mandu, the dumplings you can have steamed, fried, or boiled, bursting with flavors from meat, shrimp, veggies, or kimchi.
