Next step is general overview of marketing concepts and base theories concentrating on specifics of marketing of culture. Following subjects are studied in detail: Marketing environment of enterprises and organisations (micro- and macro environment), consumer behaviour and behavioural patterns, targeting and positioning, product and product development (incl. Product classification in culture markets) product launch models and promotions. Throughout the course it will be explained base terms via practical examples both local and international markets, modern marketing trends and methods are introduced and explained.

The phyla, which will be looked at more closely are: Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthes, Mollusca, Annelida, Nematoda, Arthropoda, Echinodermata. In labs the topics introduced in lectures are reinforced by practical tasks. Work with identification keys will be introduced.

Principles of partnership: Respect and trust. - Educational partnership as expert interaction, shared education task, supporting the child - Different options and forms of co-operation. - Developmental interviews in the kindergarten. - A child’s development portfolio. - Sociality and social relationships in the kindergarten. - Supporting children’s collaboration in educational activities. - Theoretical bases of the definition of bullying behaviour, its emergence and research. - Identifying and preventing conflict. - Methods and tools for the prevention of bullying behaviour in a preschool child care institution (programmes ‘Free of Bullying!’, Persona Dolls).

  • To be eligible for a Hop Education Abroad program, students must be currently enrolled at a degree-granting college or university, have completed at least one year of their undergraduate studies prior to departure, and be in good academic standing at their home institution.

    We do not have a set GPA requirement to participate in our programs—we believe in making global experiences as accessible as possible. However, some of our international university partners or your home institution may set their own academic eligibility criteria. 

    Tallinn University requires good academic standing and approval from your home institution. There is no minimum GPA.
